Dwayne first came to Fit Augusta in 2013. He started coaching in 2015, spent a few years away coaching at another gym, and came back home in 2018. He grew up playing sports and went on to play baseball at Seminole State College. He has worked as a firefighter and EMT since 2002, and he holds his EMT-Basic certification alongside his coaching credentials.
Dwayne coaches for the moment someone pulls off what they were sure was impossible. He’ll give everything he has to anyone willing to bring their best effort, and his goal on the floor is helping people believe they’re good enough, because from there anything opens up. Outside the gym, he’s got an amazing wife and three very active kids.
