Cancellation for Fit Augusta Downtown

We’re here to make the cancellation process simple. Read the important information below and complete the form, and we will begin processing your cancellation.

We’re genuinely sorry to see you go. At Fit Augusta, we work hard to create a strong, supportive community that helps our members thrive—in and out of the gym. If you’re considering canceling, please know this decision impacts more than just your workouts—you’ll also lose access to the coaching, accountability, and community that make Fit Augusta different.

That said, we respect your decision and want to make the process as clear and simple as possible.

Please Read Before Submitting Your Cancellation:
  • Memberships auto-renew on the scheduled billing date until we receive and process your cancellation request.

  • We require at least 7 days’ notice before your next billing date to process your cancellation.
  • Your membership will remain active through the end of your current commitment term.

  • Upon cancellation, you will lose access to all member benefits—including our private Facebook group and community resources.

  • If you purchased merchandise or retail items, you will still be billed for those outstanding charges.

  • If your membership includes a Fundamentals program, and you’re away for an extended period, you may be required to complete it again upon return.

  • When you return in the future (we hope you do!), you’ll be subject to our current rates and policies, including a minimum commitment.

We’ll apply the specific cancellation policies that were in place when you joined and are tied to your membership agreement.
